I’m Laura Martini.
Since 2009, I’ve helped leaders turn executive vision into marketing and communications that perform.
I bring senior-level marketing leadership to small and mid-sized businesses, growing companies and startups - where priorities shift quickly and every message has to work harder.
My work blends storytelling with business rigor. I hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism, a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications and an MBA. I also teach marketing and business communications at Loyola Marymount University, staying closely connected to both research and real-world practice.

Laura partners directly with owners and executive leaders in professional services organizations to bring clarity and momentum to their marketing and communications. She's a senior marketing leader and college professor, grounded in real-world practice and always close to what’s actually working. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at either the beach or the mountains, ordering a matcha with espresso, and keeping up with life as a mom to two kids.
